Roy has more than 35 year of residential and commercial HVAC experience in sales, service, and installation. He takes pride in puttng the customer above all else. He enjoys many hometown teams such as the Colts and Pacers!

Dustin brings a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and an entire life of experience learning and doing HVAC alongside his father Roy.  He has been involved Roy Rogers Heating and Air since 2011. He enjoys spending time educating customers on any HVAC issue and offering solutions. Dustin is a husband and a father.  In his free time Dustin enjoys spending time with his family.

Brittany is the voice on the other end when you call Roy Rogers Heating and Air!  She brings many years experience in customer relations.  Brittany has been apart of the Roy Rogers Team 2018.  We are lucky to have such passionate and upbeat personality like Brittany on our team!
