Having 30 years’ experience, along with 20 plus years working for large corporations, Senior Service Technician Roy Feltner was ready to take a leap of faith and begin organizing his own establishment. His main objective was to run and operate his business on principles that he recognized were not the focus of his previous proprietors. In Roy’s experience in the industry, he saw opportunity to take core values and use them to his advantage to connect to and inspire his customers.

In February 2011, Roy partnered with his son Dustin who has both experience in the field as well as holding a degree in Business. The two put Roy’s vision into place and established Roy Rogers Heating & Air. Located in central Indiana and servicing Marion County and all surrounding counties.

Expertise is a very important element of the HVAC industry, also something that Roy & Dustin feel is critical. Both have attended workshops and seminars regularly to stay current within the industry. Enlightening and being the expert for their consumers, bridging the gap, while building lasting relationships that flourish based on trustworthiness and honesty, is what sets Roy Rogers Heating & Air apart from vast enterprises.
